The Grant County Middle School 8th Grade Braves defeated the Maurice Bowling (Owen County) Middle School 8th Grade Rebels 30-8 in the 3rd Bracket of the Kentucky Middle School Football Conference On Conference State Championship. A large crowd turned out to support both teams in the 1st Kentucky Middle School Football State Playoff Game. The Braves will play next in the Semi-Final Games scheduled in Lexington at the John K. Ford Stadium at the Lexington Catholic High School on Saturday, November 1st. Game times will be announced next week.
